Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Xurel, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ or an authorized company representative.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your API keys and account credentials. Keep keys secret and rotate them if compromised.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/aup. We may suspend accounts that violate AUP or create deliverability risk.
Billing
Plans are billed in USD. Checkout is handled by Stripe for card payments, with PayPal available as a second option. Plan limits and overage rates are published on the pricing page.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless suspended for abuse or non-payment.
Liability
Except where Enterprise SLA applies, the service is provided as available. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or email when practical.
